Nothing can be better than having ALL your grown children together at once for a fun Family Reunion! Of course, that brought the added blessing of having ALL 19 of our grandchildren together, too! We missed Bryan, Meredith's husband, who was at Boot Camp in San Antonio, TX. Our numbers for the reunion swelled to 17 adults and 19 grandchildren all under the age of 10! Believe me, things were "rocking," but we loved every minute of it. We feel so blessed to have these great kids. We're grateful they have married choice spouses. We feel rich! Heavenly Father has been so good to us.

It wasn't easy getting us together as we gathered from Indiana, Minnesota, Arizona, Utah, Washington State, and Oregon from June 21-25th. We woke up each morning to this gorgeous sight at Bear Lake, UT. Roger and Andrea were generous to let us use their beautiful cabin more like a lodge.
It was big enough to house all of us amazingly well in 6 bedrooms, some on couches, and lots of places for the children to play inside and out.
With the kids in bed, the adults finally had a chance to play games.
Many times the competition was intense! Or course, some didn't think it was so exciting, check out little Julia's face...so boring!
The weather was perfect for lots of time in the sun. We went to the North Beach and snagged an ideal spot with picnic tables under a veranda. Emily and I arrived a little later as she had a terrible infected ingrown toenail that had to be seen by a Dr.

We had a fun Sunday afternoon and dinner with our Smith Family that I'll share in another post. Then many of our family that headed to our Malin W Lewis Reunion in Paradise right after our reunion.
I can't thank all of our family enough for making the sacrifice to travel all those miles in the heat, with high gas prices, and crowded cars to all be together. What a great reunion!

One last picture. Guess who I got to sit by on the way to our reunion? We were loaded down, but those smiles made the trip all worth it!
